I had a delightful stay at Relais Dante E Beatrice. Mina, the owner, was exceptional in her hospitality, providing a detailed map that guided me through Florence's best attractions. The room was spacious and well-kept, offering a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast with lovely pastries made each morning enjoyable.

Noisy at times.

I almost loved my stay, but the non-functioning lift and the annoyingly dark hallways wrecked it. For a place that can't even keep a single light on, I expected at least a welcome gift or complimentary breakfast to make up for it. Pretty sure I saw the owner vanish after breakfast too, how inconsiderate!
